Permanent Onsite Care Coordination Programs Manager opening is available for our client an FQHC in Manhattan, NY. The health center provides services to underserved and vulnerable individuals in the community. Candidates must have a BA/BS relevant field with 5 years full time experience in relevant field required. May consider advanced degree in social work, human services, mental health or equivalent with 3 years of full-time experience. Knowledge of financial and budgeting in social services/healthcare setting. Familiarity in managing government contracts including performance-based is strongly preferred. The position will report up to the Director of Support Services and will have 3 direct reports. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary and benefits package.
