We’re seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join a healthcare team in Iowa! This unique opportunity offers a combination of hospital and retail pharmacy responsibilities, with the pharmacist floating between both settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in antibiotic stewardship and Pharmacy & Therapeutics committees.
Manage vancomycin dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring.
Oversee sterile IV and hazardous medication compounding.
Support medication dispensing, safety, and patient counseling.
Participate in rapid response, code blue, and trauma calls during business hours.

Compensation: Starting at $70/hour.
