  • 7-on, 7-off block schedule spanning Monday – Sunday
  • Day shifts run 7 am – 7 pm with some night coverage 7 pm – 7 am
  • Lead a close-knit team of 6 physicians and 1 APP
  • Average patient census of 12 – 15 patients per hospitalist
  • Open ICU experience required; some Intensivist support available
  • Med director total compensation more than $400K, and a full benefits package
  • Board-certified IM or FP with hospital medicine leadership experience required
  • Tennessee community is 90 minutes from Memphis and 3 hours to Nashville
