Description

We’re seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a mission-driven outpatient primary care team. This full-time, permanent role offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, light after-hours call rotation, and a manageable patient load, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages.

You’ll work with a supportive team, including two medical assistants per provider, and have opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and loan repayment programs. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a diverse community while enjoying a stable, rewarding work environment
