TX Staff CAA - 1-hr. drive to Austin + $75K Bonus w/ mix of 8,10 and 12-hr. shifts

We are seeking a dedicated Staff CAA to join our collaborative anesthesia care team. This full-time position offers a balanced schedule with a mix of 12, 10 and 8-hr shifts, designed to support a strong work-life balance. Call responsibilities are fully covered through the scheduled shifts. A generous $75,000 sign-on bonus is also available for qualified candidates. Outside of work, you’ll enjoy life in a welcoming and family-friendly Texas community known for its affordable living, excellent schools, and abundant outdoor recreation. The area sits among beautiful wildflower covered prairies. The city is affordable, stable, and has access to lakefront resorts, great parks, and eateries. All within an hour of Austin.
