Description

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Hospital Pharmacy Director to lead our dynamic pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient care and help in growing our ASHP accredited pharmacy residency programs. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role where your clinical expertise and vision will directly shape the future of pharmacy services within our organization.

Our hospital is located in the heart of southern New Mexico, a region known for its breathtaking landscapes, year-round sunshine, and endless outdoor adventures. From hiking and biking to skiing and exploring national parks, this area offers the perfect balance of professional fulfillment and quality of life.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of hospital pharmacy experience, including at least two years in a pharmacy leadership role.
